There has been a lot of people on my timeline getting hitched lately. Most were engaged last year or at the beginning of the year. I'm happy for them while being envious at the same time, but also glad I'm not getting married. It's really weird and conflicting, I know.
However, what I have noticed is, and I noticed this in other photos before they were married, is how similar they look. Like, these people kind of have the same characteristics and kind of look the same. Not exactly, but it makes me wonder.
I know this isn't the case for everyone, obviously some people are completely different, but I don't know. It's just what I'm noticing. When I lived in Utah I worked with a guy who was recently married and him and his wife looked like brother and sister. I shit you not. EVERYONE noticed it, not just me. When people saw the photo at his desk they would ask "oh, is that your sister?". Terrible.
Anyways, I think I have a good shot to move out of my current role into something (hopefully) better at work. It's basically the next process, so I'm hoping it is less stressful, and of course more money. That's what I really need right now. I have a Skype interview next Tuesday, I'm kind of surprised they are not asking me to come in, since I live near the facility... Maybe the hiring manager doesn't. It's the future I guess, and I do work from home anyway.
Finished my first course load back at school, A's all around. Classes start again next week. They are all compacted courses, so 8 weeks long, this time I will have my 2 normal classes, then 4 weeks in, I'll have 3 classes. It's gonna get crazy.
Anyway, finished my workout early today, gonna shower and watch Outlander. Then going back to the doctor for this annoying back pain. I'm going to request some kind of imaging, this pain cannot be just from a tight piriformis muscle. I'm sick of hearing I have weak glutes or whatever the fuck. I'm stretching, foam rolling, using bands, doing rehab exercises, and using hot/cold therapy and nothing is working. I'm going to make some extract today because this shit is getting ridiculous. I don't want to start using opioids either. Much rather use weed.
CBD use is legal in Texas (all 50 states actually), but it's derived from hemp, not cannabis. There is debate saying that hemp derived CBD doesn't actually provide the same relief as cannabis derived CBD. I bought some CBD extract from a smoke shop here, and it doesn't really do much, IMO. It's not like I use it everyday either, or even smoke weed everyday for the that matter, it's been weeks actually. I really wish that cannabis was federally legal as well, I cannot wait to visit Washington state in a couple weeks!
