However, I'm just sick of being annoyed and/or depressed about things. I've never had clinical depression, only the PMDD diagnosis, which does make me feel super dark a couple days a month. I realize after I start crying over a stupid movie I would never think twice about. I started crying watching Harry Potter the other week. What the fuck? I've seen that movie at least 5x, and now all the sudden I'm upset? Ridiculous. I stopped and thought to myself what's really going on, oh it's that, okay.
Anyway, my work is utilizing The 5 Minute Journal as part of their wellness initiative, and also you can earn more points for HSA money. I'm not into journaling on my phone, but find the concept interesting. If anyone has used it, let me know how they like it! I have my written journal and a planner I will also take notes in. I don't mind having everything on my phone, but then EVERYTHING is on my phone, ya know? Plus, I don't like having my phone next to me all the time. I don't know, I'm just not too attached right now.
In other news, not dating or talking to anyone right now. I just don't feel in the mood for it, I don't feel like 'myself' that much, or I'm just unhappy with where I'm at right now. I want to work more on myself before I start looking to invite someone in my life.
Anyway, I have gardening plans this weekend. I went to a new nursery that was in the northeast side of town and found a really nice lemon button fern that I have been keeping in my bathroom. They also had a good selection of banana plants and fiddle leaf's, but they are very overpriced. I need to repot my newly acquired greenies in the hanging baskets I got for them.
I ordered all my organic amendments for my no till soil and will start some raised garden beds this year. I'm pretty excited about it. I also ordered 2 "Ice Cream" or Blue Velvet banana trees. Those I am really excited about. They supposedly taste like vanilla custard, that sounds delicious! We will see, I would like to keep them in containers, but it looks like they will have to go in the ground, because they can drop like 4-5 pups per tree. That means I will have to dig out the bush in front of the greenhouse, that is the only good place for them. There's always money in the banana stand.

I really want to start garden beds this year, but I'm worried about the feral cat community outside using them as their shitting ground. Not to sound terrible, but I kind of want to try and rehome them. They fuck with our cacti, which are all in pots. They turn them over and dig them out, even the barbed ones, I think they like them the most. Only a few of the small ones, but I'm getting sick of these guys. They are cute, but not worth the hassle.
Finishing up my class this weekend, I'm hoping to get some work done tonight and I'm finally getting my hair cut tomorrow. It's been over a year, I cannot believe it. I really let a lot of my self care/self indulgence go to shit during 2017 post break up. I'm keeping it long, and luckily it doesn't seem too damaged, but it's definitely wild.
On a last note, Netflix recently(December) added Planet Earth II and it's amazing!! Can't wait for Blue Planet II to get on Netflix, I might just buy it from Amazon. That and some weed, make it a great weekend... Just saying ;)

I'm taking a leaf out of your book and trying to work on me too. It's really brave of you and I take comfort in the fact that you're so capable. I didn't know anything about your plants but they sound so cool!
