Like everyone else, I'm full of stress.
However, I've been working from home for 4 years now, so there really hasn't been any upset in my daily life/routines. The best advice I could give regarding that is to set up a workspace separate from relaxing areas or sleeping quarters, if possible. Keeping a routine is essential, and I do change out of my pajamas into house clothes for work, lol. Go outside at least once a day, even if it's just to check the mail, set a bedtime and keep to it. If you can set aside time to workout or do a yoga YouTube video, do it. You will feel much better.
I am worried that I will get COVID-19 tho. Miles works in healthcare and although it is not an acute care hospital, a mental health hospital still poses risk of exposure. Who knows who these patients have been exposed to, and they are screening and taking temperatures, employees and patients. Miles said that the news is saying that 75% of homeless people are already carriers, and they do get homeless patients on the regular.
Talk about a fucking joke. What if I get this virus from Miles and I die? He kills me. What a fucking cruel twist of fate, and seriously what a fucking time to FINALLY get a job!! Asshole! You could have just stayed unemployed for a little longer. Best timing ever.
On the weekends I've been working on my garden, staking and trimming up tomatoes and peppers. In a few months I'm be knee deep in tomatoes and I'm looking forward to it! I have 5 Roma types, 2 that are an orange sunrise (orange Roma's) then 2 classic Roma's, and 1 heirloom San Marzano. I'm hoping to grow enough to make sauce or even just can them whole. I don't have a food mill for making sauce, so I will probably just do whole tomato canning.
Tonight I will finish up season 3 of Ozarks (so good), after picking up my curbside grocery order. I am hoping they have everything on my list, but my order time is like 7PM, and they are closing at 8PM now to stock, so I'm not confident. Miles and I may have to do a grocery trip this weekend, luckily we have 2 N95 masks in the house, but even if we didn't, I have quilting fabric and a mesh filter like material to make masks if need be. I don't care if anyone stares, Miles does though. I told him to just wear his scrubs and no one will think twice about it, and probably will be more relieved that he is wearing one.
My favorite yoga sculpt teacher from San Diego is doing Instagram live (@tabufit) workouts Monday-Saturday, so I've been working out more during the month of March than I have in quite a while and I love it! I miss his class so much! What I noticed from being back in that space is just how really depressed I've been the last few months, if not the last year. It's not like depression just hits you like a hammer, it's a slow boil, and you are the frog. Or I am the frog.
Anyway, no symptoms yet, thankfully, but I've had a sore-ish throat today and yesterday, accompanied by a headache, but no fever... yet. Definitely keeping an eye on things, trying to get enough sleep, eat well, take my vitamins, and workout almost everyday. Gonna come out of this looking like a quarantine dream baby!!
I hope everyone is doing well, staying home and healthy!

Good to hear you are okay. Working from home is a bit of a change for me. I did set-up an office space and I need to be on the computer working by 8. Boss still wants us available between 8 and 5. I have had very little contact with live people in weeks. It really sucks.
